  • Storyworld

    Storyworld is the museum for comics, animation and games located in Forum Groningen. Its collection brings together objects and materials related to visual storytelling, gaming and animation.

    Project description

    SCG Groningen supported Storyworld in digitalising and structuring its museum collection. The student consultant registered collection items and processed data in the collection management system Kleksi. By improving the organisation and accessibility of the database, the project helps Storyworld use its collection more efficiently for future research, exhibitions and internal purposes.

  • Lampenier

    SCG Groningen provided a team of student consultants to support De Lampenier, a lamp store in Groningen, in enhancing its social media marketing.

    Project description

    The project focused on Instagram and TikTok, aiming to boost brand visibility, engagement, and customer reach. The students analyzed current social media performance, researched competitors, and developed a tailored content strategy for both platforms.

    The collaboration resulted in a practical social media plan with content recommendations and strategic guidelines, empowering De Lampenier to strengthen and grow its online presence.

  • Lekkel Lekkel

    As part of a practical consulting initiative, SCG Groningen provided a team of student consultants to support LekkelLekkel in strengthening its social media presence.

    LekkelLekkel is a food spot well known amongst the student population of Groningen. The well-priced meals and delicious specialties such as the ‘Eierbal’ are very popular.

    Project description

    The project focused on improving marketing performance on Instagram and TikTok, with the goal of increasing brand awareness and engagement. The student consultants analyzed current performance, conducted competitor research, and developed a targeted content strategy tailored to both platforms.

  • Shirt a la minute

    Shirt à la Minute is a Groningen-based specialist in custom clothing, offering personalised T-shirts, hoodies and workwear for both individuals and organisations. The company combines creativity, fast service and high-quality production.

    Project description

    A student consultant developed a website for Shirt à la Minute, designed to make custom clothing even more accessible. One of the highlights of this digital upgrade is the online design tool, which allows customers to create and personalise their own T-shirts, hoodies, and workwear directly from their computer or phone.

  • Ampera Park

    AmperaPark is a sustainability-focused scale-up, primarily dedicated to office spaces. The company installs canopies over parking lots equipped with solar panels, generating energy. This energy can be utilized for powering office facilities, charging electric vehicles, and can additionally be sold to third parties

    Project Description:

    The company observed a tendency of quotations frequently remaining unaddressed. Consequently, the company was in search of a student consultant capable of conducting an analysis to discern the reasons behind this occurrence and thus develop a solution for the issue.

  • Foodfellas

    Foodfellas is a catering company that operates throughout the northern region of the Netherlands. In addition to providing food and beverage services, Foodfellas also assists clients in managing the complete organization of an event

    Project Description:

    SCG Groningen has provided two student consultants who gathered information about the activities of Foodfellas. Following this, all relevant risks were assessed. Additionally, the students devised solutions that Foodfellas can implement to manage the identified risks. The risk assessment and evaluation were conducted in accordance with Dutch RI&E (Risk Inventory and Evaluation) regulations, as it requires approval from the Dutch Labour Inspection.

  • The B Bar

    The B Bar is a clinic located in Amsterdam, specializing in dermatological and cosmetic dermatological care, particularly in injectables. At The B Bar, you can access services in general dermatology, preventive skin checks, and various injectable treatments such as Botox, fillers, and skin boosters.

    Project Description:

    SCG Groningen has provided a student consultant who is responsible for managing social media at The B Bar. The B Bar had an abundance of content ready for creation, but required someone who could effectively distribute this content in an appealing manner. The student consultant is responsible for creating a social media calendar for posting content generated by The B Bar, including information about treatments and educational posts.

  • Hitabrick

    Hitabrick is a golf platform owned by an expert in the field of golf from Ireland. His website primarily serves as his business card, as he is approached by tour operators to plan and organize golf tours

    Project Description:

    Hitabrick intends to implement some modifications to enhance the website's user-friendliness. Additionally, they require the addition of a section regarding Scotland. In general, there is a need for adjustments in the website's layout. This student consultant has been tasked with redesigning the website's layout and addressing other specific requests from the client.

  • Sappi

    Sappi is a leading global supplier of everyday materials derived from renewable woodfibre resources. As a diversified, innovative and trusted leader focused on sustainable processes, Sappi aims to build a more circular economy.

    Project Description:

    A student consultant conducted an analysis on behalf of Sappi to assess the progress of the countries in which they operate, with the objective of aiding them in their aim to achieve climate neutrality by 2050.

  • The Smooth Brothers

    Smooth Brothers is a food and beverage concept known for its smoothies, juices and sandwiches. Originally established in Groningen, the company later expanded to Utrecht, combining a distinctive brand identity with a relaxed and creative atmosphere.

    Project Description

    SCG assisted in the expansion to Utrecht, with the student consultants taking charge of the marketing campaign aimed at the Utrecht region. As a result, the Smooth Brothers quickly gained brand recognition in Utrecht.
